July 30th - Silent Witness, Loud Burgers

Hiya!

Today was another simple day. I got up, grabbed some breakfast (a croissant this time), and went to class, where we learned about plagiarism and its different types. Then, I went back to my room and worked on some assignments.

Once lunch rolled around, I went to the Jesus Cafe, where I got a pulled pork barbecue burger, a peach, a piece of cake, and a Sprite Zero. Nice!

They were filming an episode of Silent Witness in Jesus College as I was walking to the cafe!

Then, my religions class went to an Orthodox church and learned about the intricacies of their denomination. 

After the field trip, I walked through the beautiful University Parks and admired the trees (and the JRR Tolkien bench).

Then, we went back to the Cherwell Boathouse to do some more punting! Always a fun time!

After punting, my friends invited me back to their dorm and let me look around while they changed into another set of clothes (their clothes got wet during the punting). We then got hungry, so we went to Ali's Kebabs and I ordered Zack's Special Burger (special sauce, double cheese, roasted onions, turkey bacon, and some other stuff I don't remember) with a side of mozzarella sticks. It was messy, but really tasty!
